Reaching New Heights

Integrated Fire Protection has started off 2011 with reaching new heights….new sky scrapers that is….we are pleased to note that we have been selected to represent 3344 Peachtree, the towering 50-story, 484,000-square-foot mixed-use building in the heart of Buckhead.  The fairly new building to the Buckhead skyline, 3344 Peachtree is a mixed-used tower that contains nearly 470,000 rentable square feet of office space and 20,000 rentable square feet of retail space, along with 20 floors of residential space that includes two penthouse floors. Among its major tenants are the Buckhead Club, Fifth Third Bank and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Other IFP major recent wins include Promenade II, the 691-foot, 40-story skyscraper in Midtown, and Henry County’s 786-bed Robert A. Deyton Detention Facility, which is managed by The GEO Group, Inc. and Post Properties.

Here’s to new heights for IFP!
